Haw. Code R. § 12-48-1 - Purpose
This chapter implements section 396-19, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and promulgates rules for the certification of hoisting machine operators. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any person or persons who act as a hoisting machine operator.
