Haw. Code R. § 13-1-60 - Filing and service
(a) All documents
subject to filing under this subchapter shall be filed with the administrator.
All filings shall comply with section 13-1-12 of this chapter.
(b) Service of documents shall comply with
section 13-1-13.1 of this chapter.
