Haw. Code R. § 13-126-34 - Geological features
No person shall destroy, disturb, or mutilate any geological features or dig or remove sand, earth, gravel, mineral, rock, coral, or any other substance except for digging in sand areas of beaches. No person shall excavate or quarry any stone, or lay, set, or cause any blast or explosion, or assist in these acts, without the written permission of the board or its authorized representative.
