Haw. Code R. § 13-126-4 - Prohibited entry
It is prohibited for any person to land upon, enter or attempt to enter, or remain in any wildlife sanctuaries identified in Exhibit 1, "List of CLOSED wildlife sanctuaries", located at the end of this chapter and by reference made a part hereof, except as authorized by permit by the board or its authorized representative.
