Haw. Code R. § 13-126-7 - Visiting hours
(a) Visiting hours
for all sanctuaries, except for Kipuka Ainahou, are restricted to the daylight
hours between sunrise and sunset unless otherwise permitted by the board or its
authorized representative.
(b) The
board or its authorized representative may establish a reasonable schedule of
visiting hours for all or portions of the wildlife sanctuary by the posting of
appropriate signs indicating the extent and scope of closure.
