Haw. Code R. § 13-140-10 - Meetings

(a) The commission may meet in any part of the State of Hawaii.

(b) Meetings of the commission may be scheduled at the request of:

(1) Three or more members of the commission;

(2) The chairperson; or

(3) The division.

(c) Meetings of the commission shall be open to the public and held in accordance with chapter 92, HRS.
