Haw. Code R. § 13-140-27 - Voluntary landowner

If the board awards a land acquisition grant to an awardee that had submitted evidence of the landowner's potential willingness to sell, and the land is transferred to another landowner prior to acquisition by awardee, the awardee must provide evidence that the original landowner and new landowner support acquisition of the land by the awardee.
