Haw. Code R. § 13-140-56 - Breach of deed restrictions

Upon a breach of a deed restriction imposed as a condition of the grant, the board may impose sanctions against the awardee including, but not limited to:

(1) Suspension of the awardee's participation in State grant programs until such time as all breaches are cured to the board's satisfaction; and

(2) Repayment of all state funds expended.
