Haw. Code R. § 13-167-7 - Chairperson
(a) The chairperson shall, in addition to any
other duties, have charge of the commission's official records and shall be
responsible for the maintenance and custody of the files and records of the
commission, including the transcripts of testimony and exhibits, with all
papers and requests filed in proceedings, the minutes of all action taken by
the commission and all its findings, determinations, reports, opinions, orders,
rules, and approved forms.
(b) The
chairperson shall also prepare for submission by the commission an annual
report of the commission's activities, accomplishments, and recommendations to
the governor and to the legislature through the governor.
(c) All orders and other actions of the
commission shall be authenticated or signed by the chairperson or other persons
authorized by the commission.
