Haw. Code R. § 13-168-33 - Stream diversion completion report
Within thirty days after the completion of construction or alteration of any stream diversion work, the permittee shall file a written statement of completion with the commission. The report shall describe the nature and extent of the work performed, including relevant maps and diagrams showing the location and details of the stream diversion work.
