Haw. Code R. § 13-183-77 - Injection wells

Injection wells are those wells used for disposal of geothermal waste fluids, for the augmentation of geothermal reservoir fluids, for maintenance of reservoir pressures, or for any other purpose authorized by the chairperson. New wells may be drilled or old wells may be modified for injection purposes.
