Haw. Code R. § 13-185-8 - Annual report
The department shall submit an annual report to the governor and the legislature on its work during the preceding year. The report shall include the status of geothermal and cable system development projects, any problems encountered, any legislative actions that may be needed to improve the consolidated permit application and review process, and to implement the intent of the Act.
