Haw. Code R. § 13-198-7 - Decision and order
(a) The review
board shall render its decision and order in writing or on the record within a
reasonable time after the close of the hearing.
(b) A certified copy of the decision and
order shall be delivered or mailed to each party within a reasonable time after
its issuance by the review board.
