Haw. Code R. § 13-208-12 - Public informational meetings
(a) The commission
may at any time upon its own initiative or by application of any interested
person or persons, hold public meetings as it may deem necessary for the
purpose of providing as well as obtaining information necessary or helpful in
the formulation of its policies, proposals, or recommendations.
(b) A notice of the meeting will include a
statement of the agenda, the date; time, and place where the public meeting
will be held, and it will be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
the State in a reasonable time prior to the date set for the public
.meeting.
(c) Each such meeting
shall be presided over by the chairperson of the commission or a designated
representative.
