Haw. Code R. § 13-210-1 - Purpose and applicability
(a) The purpose of
this chapter is to govern the natural area partnership program established
pursuant to section
195-6.5,
HRS.
(b) This chapter shall apply
to all applicants applying foil matching natural area partnership
funding.
