Haw. Code R. § 13-221-29 - Report of injury or damage
All incidents resulting in injury or death to persons or damage to property shall be reported by the person or persons involved as soon as possible to the board or its authorized representative. This report shall not relieve persons from the responsibility of making any other accident reports which may be required under federal, state, or county laws and rules.
