Haw. Code R. § 13-221-34 - Wildlife
No person shall molest, disturb, injure, trap, take, catch, possess, poison, or kill any wild bird or mammal, or disturb their habitat within the premises, except when otherwise authorized by all applicable federal, state and county laws and rules.
