Haw. Code R. § 13-233-6 - Parking
Except as otherwise authorized by the department, no person shall stop, park, or permit to remain halted, a motor vehicle in a small boat harbor:
(1) In front of a
driveway or land side of a launching ramp;
(2) For the purposes of washing, polishing,
greasing, or repairing of a vehicle except for those minor repairs necessary to
remove the vehicle to an authorized area or from a small boat harbor;
(3) Other than in accordance with officially
posted signs; or
(4) For more than
24 hours without a valid parking permit issued by the department, not to exceed
a maximum of 120 hours.
