Haw. Code R. § 13-234-14 - Mooring fees - facilities constructed by others
Where a mooring facility is constructed by others pursuant to section 13-232-43, reimbursement of costs may be authorized by the department pursuant to section 200-19, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
