Haw. Code R. § 13-234-30 - Application fee for approved marine surveyor
Prior to filing or renewing an application for recognition as an approved marine surveyor by the department as provided in section 13-231-45, the applicant shall pay to the department a non-refundable application fee of fifty dollars.
