Haw. Code R. § 13-251-44 - Notice of change of address

Whenever any person moves from the address stated on a registration certificate and/or commercial use permit or pending application for a registration certificate and/or commercial use permit, the person shall notify the department in writing of the person's old and new addresses within seven days of the change in address.
