Haw. Code R. § 13-251-50 - Duplicate registration certificate and/or commercial use permit

In the event that a registration certificate and/or commercial use permit issued under the provisions of this part is lost or destroyed, the registration certificate and/or commercial use permit holder may, upon the payment of the required fee, obtain a duplicate or substitute.
