Haw. Code R. § 13-256-10 - Revocation
(a) The department may immediately revoke a
commercial use permit without the necessity for a hearing for any activity
which does or may endanger the health or safety of passengers or the
public.
(b) The department may
revoke a commercial use permit for violation of any rules of the department if
after 72 hours notice of the violation by the department the permittee fails to
cure the violation.
