Haw. Code R. § 13-256-128 - Baldwin Park-Paia Bay Restricted Area
(a) The Baldwin
Park-Paia Bay restricted area means the area confined by the boundaries shown
for said zone on Exhibit "XX/YY", dated August 23, 1988, located at the end of
this subchapter. The boundaries are as follows:
Beginning at a point at the low water mark at the northern tip of Fly Water Point, then by azimuth measured clockwise from True South, 157 degrees for a distance of five hundred feet; 070 degrees for a distance of six thousand two hundred feet; 344 degrees to the low water mark of the shoreline; then along the low water mark of the shoreline in an easterly direction to the point of beginning.
(b) Restrictions. The Baldwin Park-Paia Bay
restricted area is designated for swimming, diving and fishing. No person shall
operate a motorboat at a speed in excess of slow-no-wake, or operate a
sailboard within this area.
