Haw. Code R. § 13-256-151 - Honaunau Bay Swimming Zone
(a) Honaunau Bay
Swimming Zone means the area confined by the boundaries shown on Exhibit "GGG",
dated June 30, 1988, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries are
as follows:
Beginning at a point at the low water mark on the shoreline which is four hundred feet east of Mana Point; then by azimuth measured clockwise from True South, 360 degrees for a distance of four hundred feet; 270 degrees for a distance of nine hundred feet; then along the low water mark to the point of beginning.
(b) Restrictions. Honaunau Bay Swimming Zone
is designated as a swimming and diving zone. No person shall operate or moor a
vessel within this zone.
