Haw. Code R. § 13-256-158 - Kua Bay Swimming Zone
(a) Kua Bay
Swimming Zone means the area confined by the boundaries shown on Exhibit "KKK",
dated September 19, 1988, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries
are as follows:
Beginning at the low water mark on the shoreline of Papiha Point; then by straight line to the low water mark at Punalua Point; then along the low water mark to the point of beginning.
(b) Restrictions. Kua Bay Swimming Zone is
designated as a swimming zone. No person shall operate or moor a vessel,
surfboard, sailboard or other watercraft within this zone.
