Haw. Code R. § 13-261-12 - Notice of danger
All persons entering the reserve should be aware of the many hazards in the reserve, including unexploded ordnance, and rough and dangerous terrain and waters. The commission does not assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to property or for injury to or death of persons within the reserve.
