Haw. Code R. § 13-5-41 - Single family residences; standards
(a) Single family
residential uses approved by the board shall comply with the design standards
contained in Exhibit 4, entitled "Single Family Residential Standards, dated
September 9, 2005.
(b) Not more
than one single family residence shall be authorized within the conservation
district on a legal lot of record.
