Haw. Code R. § 13-51-4 - Penalty

Unless specifically provided, any person violating the provisions of this chapter may be punished as provided by sections 187A-12.5, 188-70, or chapter 199D, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and as may be otherwise provided by law.
