Haw. Code R. § 13-75-4 - Disposal of fishing gear

It is unlawful to discard or otherwise dispose of any fishing net, trap, or gear with netting, or parts thereof, in the waters of the State. Any person violating this section shall be subject to penalty under sections 187A-12.5 and 188-70, HRS.
