Haw. Code R. § 13-8-5 - Hazard labels
Appropriate hazard labels as defined in this chapter (e.g. caution, warning, or danger) shall be used on the top of the warning sign. A triangular alert symbol with an exclamation mark shall appear to the left of the hazard label.
