Haw. Code R. § 13-99-1 - Prohibited activities
No person shall catch, take, kill, possess, remove, or sell, or offer for sale any of the introduced freshwater fishes listed in § 13-99-2 from the waters of the State, except as provided in § 13-99-2, and other rules affecting freshwater fisheries management areas contained in Administrative Rules, title 13, subtitle 4, part III, chapters 61 through 70, provided that any such species of fishes raised in private ponds or waters may be harvested and sold at any time.
