Haw. Code R. § 14-3.01-9 - Cancellation of recruitment and examination announcements
If there is no need for eligibles after a recruitment and examination announcement has been published or if other circumstances warrant it, the announcement may be canceled and all applicants shall be notified of the cancellation.
