Haw. Code R. § 14-51-27 - Level of payment
Subject to the conditions and limitations of the plan, an employee may elect to have the employer pay monthly employee contributions for self only and family enrollments required under the terms of the component plan in any plan year. No payment will be made by the employer if no eligible expenses are incurred.
