Haw. Code R. § 14-51-48 - Administration expenses
All expenses incurred prior to termination of this plan that shall arise in connection with the administration of this plan, including but not limited to administrative expenses and compensation, and other expenses and charges of any actuary, accountant, counsel, specialist, or other person who shall be employed by the plan administrator in connection with the administration thereof, shall be paid by the employer.
