Haw. Code R. § 14-59-27 - Failure to select time or form of distribution
Participants who fail to elect a time or form of distribution within the time period noted in section 14-59-25, shall be deemed to have elected a lump sum distribution which shall be paid within sixty days after the close of the plan year in which the participant separates from service.
