Haw. Code R. § 15-110-27 - Expansion or chances to the convention center
The authority shall have the power to work with the State and appropriate agencies to evaluate the need for any expansions of or changes to, or both, the convention center, and to explore alternative means of implementing the expansions or changes, if any, in such manner as the authority may deem to be in the best interests of the convention center and the State.
