Haw. Code R. § 15-110-32 - General provisions
(a) The convention
center shall be operated and used to provide a place for conventions, trade
shows, programs, exhibitions, cultural and athletic events, and other
activities that, in the opinion of the authority, best serve the objectives
stated herein.
(b) The use of the
convention center shall be prohibited to any activity that, in the opinion of
the authority, may cause damage or injury to the convention center facility or
any part thereof, or which is, in the opinion of the authority, detrimental or
contrary to the objectives stated herein or the public interest.
(c) All persons in the convention center or
any part thereof shall be governed by these rules and any and all persons using
the convention center or any of its facilities shall comply with each and all
of these rules.
