Haw. Code R. § 15-15-05 - Office and office hours
(a) The office of
the commission is in Honolulu, Hawaii. All communications to the commission,
including requests for information and submittals, shall be in writing and,
shall be addressed to the commission's office, unless otherwise directed by the
commission.
(b) The office of the
commission shall be open from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday,
excepting legal holidays as designated pursuant to section
8-1, HRS, and
any day or any part of a day on or for which the governor has granted
administrative leave in the State, unless otherwise provided by statute or
executive order.
