Haw. Code R. § 15-15-36 - Decisions and orders
(a) All decisions
and orders for boundary amendment and special permit applications shall be
signed by the chairperson or presiding officer
(b) Unless otherwise indicated in the order,
the effective date of a decision and order shall be the date it is filed by the
chief clerk.
(c) Official copies of
decisions and orders and other commission actions shall be effectuated under
the signature of the chairperson, executive officer, or by the chief
clerk.
