Haw. Code R. § 15-15-70.1 - Protective orders

Any party or any person may move for a protective order to protect the confidentiality of information that is protected from disclosure under chapter 92F, HRS, or by other law. A motion for protective order shall specifically identify the document or information to be protected. The movant shall bear the burden of establishing that the information should be protected. Stipulations for protective order, subject to the commission's approval, may be filed in lieu of motions for protective orders.
