Haw. Code R. § 15-15-72 - Correction of transcript
The chairperson, presiding officer, or hearings officer shall determine any motion at the hearing to correct the transcript. Any motions after the hearing to correct the transcript shall be filed with the commission within seven days after receipt of the transcript unless otherwise directed, and shall be served on all parties. Such motions shall certify the date when the transcript was received. If no objections are received before seven days after the date of service, the transcript, upon approval of the commission, shall be changed to reflect the corrections.
