Haw. Code R. § 15-169-11 - Procedural guide
The corporation shall prepare a procedural guide for financial institutions originating loans under this chapter. The guide shall be consistent with these rules and shall be available for public inspection at the principal office of the corporation during the corporation's normal business hours.
