Haw. Code R. § 15-185-82 - Eligibility
(a) Participants in the corporation's Section
8 tenant-based and federal public housing programs are eligible to participate
in the family self-sufficiency program.
(b) Preference shall be given to applicants
who already receive family self-sufficiency-related support services for fifty
percent or less of the allocations.
