Haw. Code R. § 15-186-3 - Income limits
Admission to a housing project is based on the applicant's or tenant's adjusted household income which shall not exceed sixty percent of the median income limits as most recently determined by the calculation using the method set forth in Exhibit 1, dated DEC 01, 2003, located at the end of this chapter.
