Haw. Code R. § 15-186-5 - Occupancy standards
Applicant and tenant shall abide by the occupancy standards for the admission and continued occupancy in housing projects as prescribed by Exhibit 2, entitled OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES, a copy of which is attached, dated DEC 01, 2003, and located at end of this chapter.
