Haw. Code R. § 15-186-61 - Minimum rents

(a) In state-aided elderly public housing projects, the minimum rent shall be based upon the number of bedrooms in the dwelling unit.

(b) Exhibit 4 entitled MINIMUM RENTS FOR STATE-AIDED ELDERLY PROJECTS, a copy of which is attached, dated DEC 01 2003, and located at the end of this chapter sets forth the minimum rents.
