Haw. Code R. § 15-193-3 - Income limits
(a) The income
limit for admission to a housing project is based on the applicant's annual
household income which shall not exceed the very low-income limits as most
recently determined by the calculation using the method set forth in exhibit A,
which is incorporated by reference and attached.
(b) The income limit for continued occupancy
in a housing project is based on the tenant's annual household income which
shall not exceed the low income limits as most recently determined by the
calculation using the method set forth in exhibit A, which is incorporated by
reference and attached.
