Haw. Code R. § 15-211-14 - Annual report
Within 75 days of the fiscal year end, the executive director shall provide an unaudited annual report of the income, expenses and capital costs for the operations of Kewalo Basin to the HCDA authority at a public meeting and post them on its website.
