Haw. Code R. § 15-211-6 - Reports
In order to ensure collection of the rentals, tariffs, tolls, charges and fees due the State in accordance with these rules, the HCDA may require submission of reports by the permittees, agents or owners of vessels for which berthing or other services have been provided, on forms furnished by the HCDA.
